Bluebonnet School: One of the Best Childcares in the Nation
One of the most important things to consider when moving your family to a new community is the quality of schools near your home.
Bluebonnet School’s Cedar Park campus was awarded the National Childcare Center of the Year several years ago by the National Association of Child Care Professionals.
Bluebonnet School of Cedar Park & Bluebonnet School of Canyon Creek are both recognized as very high quality childcare. Both preschools are nationally accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC); no other preschools in our area have this rigorous accreditation. In addition, both schools have been awarded the Texas Rising Star quality rating system’s highest award of “Four Star.” If you want your child to gain the benefits of the highest quality child care, you must consider the Bluebonnet Schools.
They offer programs for infants, toddlers, pre-kindergarten, kindergarten prep, afterschool programs and summer camp for school-age children. This is no ordinary daycare center. Group sizes are small and enable teachers to focus on the needs of each individual child, to know each child well and to guide their curiosity to enhance learning. Frequent communication about each child’s progress creates a strong partnership with parents. Graduates of Bluebonnet School are ready to succeed in their future academic life.
Bluebonnet School was founded in 2002 and is independent and family owned. The program likes to say, “Love of learning begins here.” Learn more about their philosophy. . .

“All in we have experienced every age level of Bluebonnet’s education and care programs over the last 6 years. Tip to tail this is a superior school. Bluebonnet is by far the best program in this area. Many of the teachers are as close as family members and love our children as if they were their own. Their programs strike the perfect balance of professionalism, warmth, flexibility and structure. They have bilingual classes and their meal plans are superior to the offerings we saw at other schools, which are both big priorities for us. We love the secure video monitor feeds that we can see our children on at any time. Their facilities are exceptionally clean and diverse.”
The reviewer did not mention the acres of outdoor areas enjoyed by the children. Bluebonnet School of Cedar Park at 3420 El Salido Parkway, Cedar Park 78613, located just off 620 North near the intersection of 620 N and the 45 Tollway has a large splash pad with dumping buckets, water cannons and even a continuously running water table, swimming pool with summer lessons, as well as a soccer field and 5 different tree-shaded, age specific areas.
Bluebonnet School of Canyon Creek, located near the intersection of 2222 and 620 in the Four Points area near Steiner Ranch, at 10321 Boulder Lane Austin 78726, has cool, breezy back porch and several tree-shaded play areas for children.
