Combined, these services move more than 220,000 passengers per day across a 700-square-mile service area that covers 13 cities, including Addison, Carrollton, Cockrell Hill, Dallas, Farmers Branch, Garland, Glenn Heights, Highland Park, Irving, Richardson, Rowlett, Plano, and University Park. In addition, DART is nearing completion on the 26-mile Silver Line regional rail project, which will connect ten stations across North Texas — stretching from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport to Plano.
