Georgetown Independent School District (ISD) serves students living in Georgetown, Texas, the county seat in Williamson County, and is one of the fastest-growing communities in the nation.
Georgetown ISD serves more than 13,700 students at eleven elementary schools, four middle schools, three high schools, and two alternative campuses. The district is projected to enroll another 6,000 students by 2034. Thanks to voter-approved bonds, new schools are being constructed to accommodate for the growing enrollment. Four facilities opened in 2024 including San Gabriel Elementary, a new Benold Middle School, the Future Ready Complex and Ag Barn at Georgetown High School. Four more facilities are being designed or constructed with projected opening dates in the next two to four years. More information about the district and bond projects can be found at www.georgetownisd.org.
