   d. Refunds Our refund policy for Paid Services is as follows:
        • Full Refund: WEB Media Group reserves the right to approve Featured Business Listings. If your listing is not approved,       you will be issued a full refund.
        • No Refunds: Upon approval of your Featured Listings, refunds will not be granted for any reason. Regarding bulk orders –  once you place an order and it has been processed, refunds will not be granted.
        • Exceptions: We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we believe you have abused our refund policy or have used the  Paid Service in violation of these Terms.
5. Disclaimer
   The Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. WEB Media Group disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. WEB Media Group does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
6. Limitation of Liability
   WEB Media Group will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
